Real-World Experience: For ten years, I worked for one of the nation’s leading pet supply mail-order catalogs. Hired as a part-time phone operator, I eventually earned a position as Purchasing Director. Some of my responsibilities included analyzing sales trends, editing catalogs for various audiences, and managing stock levels for more than 15,000 items–everything from knit sweaters for Fido to fluorescent castles for fish tanks.
In 2000, my husband and I purchased a martial arts school, Kim Studio Lancaster. Like many small business owners, we did everything from cleaning bathrooms to implementing marketing strategies. I know what it’s like to have no time to write a press release and no budget to hire an ad firm. That’s why I’m firmly committed to providing professional, affordable copywriting.
